Our Medical Spa Policies

SKIN HEAVEN AESTHETICS & WELLNESS GENERAL POLICIES

We operate a strict 24 Hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy. We do require a $100 non-refundable deposit for scheduling and/or consultations - it is mandatory. If you choose to continue with a treatment, the $100 will be credited towards the service. If you do not move forward with a treatment/service, the $100 will not be refunded. Per policy, we require a credit card on file. As a courtesy to our patients and team members at Skin Heaven Aesthetics and Wellness, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise you will incur the $150 Non-refundable Charge. This $150 No Call, No Show Charge will not be applicable to any future treatments or credit. Any/All Treatments, services, gift cards, and other credits are non-refundable, non-transferable to another patient, product, treatment, service. Cannot be redeemed for cash, credit charge back, or med spa credit. 3 month minimum for all memberships. Cancel prior to 3 months will incur a $150 charge. Payment for treatment(s) is expected at the time of service for all charges toward upcoming visit, as well as any previous balances (ex: $150 cancellation, late, no-show fees). We accept Tap Payments, Apple Pay, Cherry Financing, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Care Credit. Cash is not accepted at this time.

Gratuity or additional monetary tips for services and treatments is never expected
nor required, but always appreciated.

We reserve the right to charge for services that are missed, rescheduled, or cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. We reserve the right to charge for consultations and appointment deposits, as well as for memberships cancelled prior to the 3 month commitment. No refunds are available.

Policy for 24 Hour Cancellation Notice
Kindly inform the Skin Heaven clinic of any cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. No-Shows, Late Arrivals past 20 minutes, Missed Appointments, and Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged $150. We do require $100 down payments or deposits for any service or treatment, including consultations. No treatment or consultation will be scheduled without a $100 non-refundable deposit. We reserve the right to charge for services that are missed or cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. Treatments, services, gift cards, credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Policy for $100 Deposits for Treatments and Consultations
Per policy, we require a credit card on file. We require $100 as a deposit in order to schedule your treatment and/or consultation. This is non-refundable. If you choose to continue with a treatment, the $100 will be credited towards the service. If you do not move forward with a treatment/service, the $100 will not be refunded. As a courtesy to our patients and team members at Skin Heaven Aesthetics and Wellness, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise you will incur the additional $150 Non-refundable Charge.

Policy for No-Shows or Rescheduling within 24 Hour Notice
As a courtesy to our patients and team members at Skin Heaven Aesthetics and Wellness, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise you will incur the $150 Non-refundable Charge. This $150 No Call, No Show Charge will not be applicable to any future treatments or credit. Any/All Treatments, services, gift cards, and other credits are non-refundable, non-transferable to another patient, product, treatment, service. In order to reschedule a new appointment, you must pay the $150 to continue with care at Skin Heaven Aesthetics & Wellness.

Policy for Refunds
Because we offer the highest quality medical treatments: Once treatments/services are purchased they will not be refunded. Any/All Treatments, services, gift cards, and other credits are non-refundable, non-transferable to another patient, product, treatment, service. Cannot be redeemed for cash, credit charge back, or med spa credit.

Policy for VIP Memberships
*ALL MEMBERSHIPS HAVE A ONE-TIME $150 ACTIVATION FEE.*
Benefits will become available after the above billing date each month on the date you start (Example: 1/1/2000 - A charge will be on the 1st of every month). Benefits may not roll over into the following month. Can cancel membership anytime after 3 months. Cancelled Memberships before 3 months will incur $150 Charge.
